In this specialized academy, everything revolves around the efficient management and distribution of ticket quotas through the evenito hospitality module. This course is divided into two perspectives to perfectly cover both strategic planning and operational implementation. You'll learn how to activate the module, define ticket types with specific limits per host and design the “event info” page as a central point of contact for your partners. We'll show you how to define hierarchy levels for subhosts and decide whether guests are registered by the hosts or directly by the participants. From a host's perspective, you'll learn how to book tickets yourself, create participant lists via Excel import or manually, and assign these quotas directly to your guests. You will learn how to read detailed booking statistics to keep track of assigned, booked and still available tickets at any time.
