Challenge

The challenge for Swiss Life was to enable decentralized use of the offering with a central solution. The aim was to enable the large number of Swiss Life general agencies to independently implement projects in accordance with corporate design and formal guidelines. This should optimize event management processes and take account of increasing requirements.

User-friendly solution

Swiss Life needed a solution that took into account the different technical competencies of internal users, general agencies and back office staff. It was just as important that both the internal user experience and the external guest experience be optimal to ensure smooth use and a satisfying experience for everyone involved.
