Challenge
SBB faced numerous challenges when it came to organising events:
01. No structured participant management
Invitations to event guests were sent without professional email marketing software. This made it impossible to structure email communication and led, among other things, to late or missing responses and a low registration rate of invited guests.
02. No uniform external appearance
Emails were processed and sent by numerous different employees without central control. Furthermore, there was no option to create event websites. This did not provide a uniform appearance and branding to the outside world.
03. High safety standards
External software tools, which could have supported SBB's event organization, often did not meet the Group's high safety requirements.
